The PPP has now called for a recount in three regions. This is part of a larger tactic to delay the official declaration of the final result. They are going to move to the court next. It is their right to call for a recount and to move to the court. But that right has to be tempered by a respect for the will of the majority. For me, this is, in the final analysis, a naked attempt to frustrate the will of the people. But these acts would not delay their hour of judgment. We have been patient. We have been disciplined. We ask you all for a little bit more of that patience and discipline. One thing is certain, they are not going to steal these elections from us.
